The manufacturing of a good quality bleaching earth is a very special operation & inorder to maintain the good quality it is very necessary that each & every step is carried out under controlled quality. Bentonites are usually silicates of different composition and group formation in addition silica, calcium, magnesium, alumina, iron, sodium, etc. in oxide forms. In manufacturing of Bleaching earth we are following three processes
Activated Bleaching Earth is called as wash clay, Activated Clay and Acid Activated Clay. It is made from pure Montmorillonite a group of bentonites, we modified Ca bentonite high proportion of montmorillonite with acids to make them suitable for bleaching oil efficiently.
In which we are modifying Attapulgite and Paligorskite for manufacturing of fuller’s Earth powder synonyms are Activated Fuller’s Earth It is very interesting to note that the fullers earth powder earth is exhibiting low bleaching efficiency against Acid Activated Bleaching Earth It is not effective direct in bleacher but in the final oil, we can get Good results.
